Legal Consultant
Job Description
Offer Clients legal advisory services in overseas investment, M&A, company registration and related issues; draft / check various business Contracts; participate in business negotiations; be responsible for corporate compliance and other law related issues
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above in law & related major
More than 3 years working experience with strong analytical abilities; M&A experience preferred
Lawyer qualifications / practising lawyer preferred
Fluent in both oral and written English; overseas education background preferred
Tax / Accounting Consultant
Job Descriptions
Handling financial / tax enquiries, providing tax due diligence, tax planning, GAAP conversion, internal auditing and accounting services
Qulifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting / Financial / International Trade or related major
More than 3 years working experience in accounting and tax
CPA / Accounting Qualifications preferred
Fluent in both oral and written English; overseas education background preferred
Business Development Manager
Job Descriptions
Will make and implement business development strategy; will be responsible for the promotional activities of the company and manage customer relations
Qulifications
Bachelor degree or above
More than 3 years working experiences in marketing
Independently develop new clients
Fluent in both oral and written English
MBA preferred
